Kids will definitely love this game, and it's not a bad time for adults either, it's just a bit of a let down compared to the first game. The animation still looks fantastic, even if i don't care for the setting and color palette here, the humor is still spot-on, the puzzles work well for the target audience, there are some minigames that, while nothing special, will certainly be appealing to kids, and the game does have some replay value. That being said, enough of what made the first game great is intact here for fans of that game to find this worthwhile. This certainly isn't a bad game, it just feels like a noticeable step down from it's predecessor. The plot, characters, and setting are just a lot less interesting and memorable, there's no discernable message or moral like the first game had, and the way everything is laid out can get a bit too convoluted, making navigation a lot harder than it needs to be. If you liked the first Pajama Sam, this is more of the same, although certainly not as good.
